Welcome to parichawla.com.au (the "Website"), owned and operated by Pari Chawla Makeup & Hair ("Pari Chawla," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Website, you ("the Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or booking appointments through our Website.

 

1. Services

1.1. Makeup and Hair Services: We provide professional makeup and hair services for individuals and events. By booking our services, you agree to abide by our service policies and guidelines. Service Prices are fixed, regardless of service time. The estimated duration of services is for reference only. 

1.2. Mobile/Onsite Services: Our mobile and onsite services are available for clients who prefer services at their desired location. Additional charges may apply for travel and setup.

1.3. Gift Cards: We offer Gift Cards for purchase through our Website. Gift Cards are redeemable for services provided by Pari Chawla Makeup & Hair and are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Appointments

2.1. Booking: To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking system or contact us directly. Appointments are subject to availability. A non refundable deposit is required for every confirmed booking.

2.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

2.2.1 Cancellation: No refund.

2.2.2 Rescheduling:

2.2.2.1 No rescheduling is allowed within 72 hours of booking start time. No refunds are issued this case.

2.2.2.2 Rescheduling is allowed with more than 72 hours' notice. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, rescheduling is subject to Pari Chawla's availability.

2.3. Late Arrival Policy: Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late after the appointment start time, Pari Chawla reserves the right to cancel the appointment without refunding any deposit.

 

3. Payments

3.1. Payment Terms: Deposit payment for our services is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. Balance payment are to be made on the day of service immediately after completion of service. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

3.2. Refunds: No refunds are issued.

3.3. Early Start and Late Working Charges:

3.3.1 Before 6:30 am: An early start charge of $30 per hour or $20 per half an hour will apply.

3.3.2 After 6:30 pm: A late working charge of $30 per hour or $20 per half an hour will apply.

 

4. Gift Cards

4.1. Purchase: Gift Cards can be purchased through our Website. They are valid for services provided by Pari Chawla Makeup & Hair and have a 36-month expiration period from the date of purchase.

4.2. Redemption: Gift Cards are redeemable for the face value stated on the card and can be used towards payment for services. They are not redeemable for cash.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking our services or using our Website.

5.2. Conduct: We expect respectful and professional conduct from our clients during appointments and interactions.

5.3. Mobile/Onsite Appointments: For mobile/onsite appointments, you must provide one car park space or refund the car parking charges (in full) incurred by Pari Chawla Makeup & Hair. Additionally, you must cover taxi (e.g., Uber) charges or other transportation costs for us. These charges are in addition to any travel charges for the onsite service.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, on our Website is the intellectual property of Pari Chawla Makeup & Hair and is protected by copyright laws.

6.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Website without our prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer: We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality services, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our Website or services.

7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

8.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
